I bought this mini sculpture of Buddha in the city of - The people in Leh are ardent followers of Buddhism and preach peacefulness. This particular one caught my eye - ā€œThe thinking Buddhaā€.

I guess this could be framed. Colva beach at South Goa is one of those beaches which isnā€™t as commercialised as the ones in north like Baga. This sun, the beach, and the clouds with no people around made this such an amazing place. Would recommend šŸ’Æ

2 years ago I was in Helsinki, Finland. This was my first European solo trip. Literally -8 right now. Snow capped cathedral and well, the huge Christmas tree adding depth to the picture.
Can someone please take me back there?

A cloudy winter evening. As I stood at the banks of the Danube, my eye suddenly caught the sight of the chimed bridge and the Buda Castle right on top of the mountain. The lights surely made the entire view scenic and picturesque. At negative 5 and on my last day of my European solo trip, this was a moment Iā€™d cherish and wouldnā€™t forget. Thanks for this Budapest!

On Route climbing towards the top of Buda Castle. This was the firsts time I was going on a walking tour. The hostel I was staying in recommended this walking tour. Walking tours are an awesome way to understand and know more about the history and culture of a city. It tells you more about the city than just the buildings. Also a nice way for people to earn with tips. I would šŸ’Æ recommend walking tours in Budapest!

For those who have been to Italy, they can agree with me - Itā€™s like Da Vinci was everywhere and painted everything. The Romans knew what it takes to make a city great and they sure as hell did that with Rome. This was one of the most beautiful places in Rome of course apart from the Colosseum which was quite a place to be. Obviously canā€™t wait to be back here! Thereā€™s so much more to see... the place of warriors!

With winter slowly coming, I want to talk about my last day in Seoul. The previous day was packed as I had to get some work done. I stayed up late that night and couldnā€™t wake up in the morning. But when I did wake up, I saw this.
I know itā€™s not the typical picture with snow capped mountains overlooking the sunrise but this for me was quite exhilarating because I had a sense of accomplishment of the work I had done the previous night and it was also my last day in Seoul. It definitely felt like a fairy tale goodbye!
2018 was an awesome year and truly the beginning of my travel journey around the globe.

Needless to say, Iā€™ll be back! Until then, ģ•ˆė…•ķžˆ ź°€ģ‹ģ‹œģ˜¤

A mornings drive to Manchanbele Dam. To be really honest, I was expecting a little more. We could not get too close to the dam because of COVID regulations. From afar, it looks beautiful and the essence can not be captured on camera.

Story of The Atlas Safari

I was bitten by the travel bug. It was infectious. I did not want to get cured. It seemed to grow on me like the radioactive spider from SpiderMan. The more I saw, the more I learned.

I started off my journey with a simple idea of a vacation which soon turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I had people coming up to me asking how I actually traveled alone and spent so less. What excited me was that people were/are unaware of how cheap travel can be if planned properly.

I decided then to dedicate the blog to people out there so that I can share my experience to show the world through my eyes and at the same time inspire and encourage people to travel and be a better version of themselves.

I hope you have a good takeaway from what I have created for you and hope to bump into you in some city!
