We believe in transparency when dealing with our clients as well as our seafarers. Our crew selection procedure is elaborate, where along with documents & certificates, reference check with previous employers is conducted for
each crew member. We ensure that each of our seafarers holds valid travel documents and certificates required for his rank. Authenticity of Certificates is verified from issuing Authorities. Each crew member is interviewed to assess his knowledge and understanding of job responsibilities for the applied rank. Emphasis is laid on Training Requirements and all crew members are encouraged to update their Training so that their professional expertise is always up-to-date. With a view to provide complete crew management services to our clients, right from sourcing of suitable crew with adequate experience as per the requirements, if desired by our clients, we also undertake the responsibility of Visa Applications, Domestic & International Air Travel Bookings, Domestic Hotel Bookings, supply of Working Gear and such other miscellaneous services, all at Actual Costs to owners.
