There are a number of things that we need handy before we start a trek. For example:
1. SHOES: This is the most important equipment. However easy the trek is, wearing shoes shouldn't be neglected. I gives good grip and helps you trek for long.
2. WATER BOTTLE: You always want to finish the trek you started. So drink as much as water possible to keep yourself from dehydrating.
3. Good pair of PANTS: The comfortable the better. See to that it doesn't get wet easily in case you are off to a rainy trek.
And many more..make a LIST of things you need and use, so you don't forget anything, that always helps.

The twin hill Kuarava K***a in Somanahalli, Chikkaballapura is 51Kms away from Bengaluru. Although the weather here could be harsh, the view is beautiful. The stony hill is a good place to camp as well. The base of the hill has a pretty village and is located in a remote area. We had a doggo accompanying us throughout the trek. It's a nice weekend getaway. Take your sunscreens and good amount of water😅

Kurinjal peak which is one of the peaks next to Kuduremukha, Mudigere in Karnataka. It is good to visit these peaks during the month of October to December. Although I hiked in July, a rainy season. It was still green and foggy. A good walk through the dense forest with tall trees and then the peak where the rain from the sky hits rock below you and then falls onto your face coz the blowing wind.

The western ghats are a range of beautiful, green hills that run from Maharashtra to Kerala. Hiking them is even more blissful because the views are just breath taking.
The lush green trees and grass makes way for peaceful minds. The range is a home for many birds, animals and rivers. Nature at its best.

Kumara Parvatha, one of the beautiful peaks of the western ghats is 5624 feet above sea level. It is about 27 kms up and down. It is located behind the Kukke Subramanya Temple, in Kukke.

Trekking gives a peace of mind. There might be a hundred people hiking with you and yet the silence of the hills calms everything.
