5 thing to do when you are visiting a village (Part 1) -
1. Cow dung flooring - not as yucky as one might think, quite therapeutic instead!
2. Till the land - not as glamorous as it looks, its all about the balance!
3. Weight Lifting - every bit as difficult as you can imagine. Different communities have different versions of the “dumbbell”
4. Fill water in pots at a well or handpump - don’t forget to take it all the way back to your host families house. You may actually understand why water needs to be conserved.
5. Try a grinding wheel - also the absolute opposite of easy. Fun, absolutely!

Yes, we are the same old Grassroutes from Mumbai, our original account was deleted by Instagram because of age verification or something, so here we are starting from scratch.We have 16 years of rural stories, endless experiences and our village community still behind us.
