We were in Junona Zone when we came to know about Taru’s movement. There were around 15 gypsies on the mud road while Taru was walking parallel to the gypsies. Our guide said let’s wait on the main road as he will cross the road and boom he was on the road, so close that I couldn’t capture him in my 200mm frame. Shot on and

Chotta Dadiyal exactly 1 year apart. 1st image was clicked on our recently concluded tour (1st May 23) and 2nd image was clicked on 1st May 22 while I was returning back to the airport. Chotta Dadiyal had created his territory on the outskirts of the core zone near resort. Slowly he started moving towards the core jungle and is now seen around Teliya lake and Junona buffer (Sonam’s area). Clicked this photo in heavy rains.

The summers are here. Stay hydrated! Chotti Madhu and Taru quenching their thirst. We came to know that Taru was at the waterhole and we drove as quickly as we could, but to our surprise the female came out from the bushes and joined the male at the waterhole. It was a sight to behold.
