Delighted to inform my guide fraternity that we have successfully completed Ridgeline Trek Shimla.

This four days of excellent hiking in Shimla countryside offers, forests, fresh water river, homestay, alpine camps, mountain summit and experiencing unique mountain life.

Walking through them introduce traveler to a diversity of unique flora and fauna.

Impatiens glandulifera, Himalayan balsam, is a large annual plant native to the Himalayas.
Via human introduction it is now present across much of the Northern Hemisphere and is considered an invasive species in many areas.
Uprooting or cutting the plants is an effective means of control.

Not only to guide travelers, the guide has a moral responsibility to educate the new talents in guide fraternity and society as a whole. This would include creating awareness among masses about civic sense, cleanliness, assisting travelers who visits your town as it also brings a good name for your town alongwith revenue generation.

Therefore it is a humble appeal to our fellow guides to atleast introduce and train two guides in year so that they can be an asset to tourism industry and society as a whole.

Tourists traveling to mountains are requested to please don't venture close to water bodies, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, unsafe snow fields, glaciers without a supervision of trained guides. It could be fatal and dangerous to life.

In recent days we have seen certain organisations wreklessly advocating their support to destroy our beloved mountains for mere profits... their zeal to destroy the mountains in the name of Affordable Adventure is unmatched... but let them know that we are not the first nor are we the last of the Humans on this planet to walk the Himalayas... sustainability is the only way forward. A small article portraying the thoughts of entire .manali trying their level best to save the mountains from IT Corporates who are hellbound to destroy our homes...
