Have you guys heard of Adai ? Make it healthier by adding any kind of millets rather than rice.
Here is the recipe.
3 cups of any millet
1 cup of toor dal
1 cup of channa dal
A little moon dal.
Soak it for 4 hours and grind it coarse with little water . While grinding add hing, curry leaves, salt and Byadagi chillies.
" NO fermentation is required "
