Back in the old days, Indian food has been all about sustainability. The simple and sustainable ways were reflected in the way of living of people. Instead of the varieties of crockeries that we use these days, they use to eat on banana leaves. The food was cooked on the fire, and the ashes remained was used as a soap to scrub. Back then, food was eaten by hands, the ayurvedic way, and the used leaves were used as compost or given to the cows. Do you wish to go back and enjoy the sweet and simple life for a while?
