Very poor service. Recommend not to buy Jaquar products, especially sanitary ware. They can take several weeks to fix defects even in brand new products.
I live in Kohinoor Aashiyana, Chinchpada, Kalyan East.
I received possession from the builder on January 2, 2023, and moved into my flat on March 1, 2023.
My Indian commode (Orissa pan/ Asian pan) broke on August 3, 2023, so I contacted Jaguar customer service and asked them to replace it because it was still under warranty. They filed a complaint and shared the complaint ID, 01083507, and after several follow-ups, your guy visited on August 8, 2023, and he checked and found a little part of the Indian commode was broken and took images.He sent those photographs to Mr.Uttam (Branch Manager), who said that if it is broken, it is not covered under warranty (Note: No one cross-checked or informed how the item became broken.
Then, after several phone conversations, I spoke with Mr.Uttam again, telling him to notify his person and correctly share the record, which clearly states (Manufacturing defect/Man created) and how the same was broken.He simply stated, "Sir, I will file a claim, but it will not be covered under warranty."
If you say so, I'll send the claim request."
This conversation took place with the customer service team and the branch manager.
On August 9, 2023, I received notification that my complaint had been closed.
When I questioned about it with customer service, they filed a new complaint after consulting with Mr.Vrushabh and assigned me the complaint number '01114245'.
Today is September 1, 2023, yet my complaint has yet to be resolved; thus, please look into it.
Our residential complex was fitted with Jaquar Pipe fittings and we were getting onsite services... recently for the past 3 months we have been requesting for service. No action from the call center.. By any chance service is stopped in Chennai...
