Your body is not designed for sitting in one place for 7, 8 hours(or more) a day. When you do that, your body doesn’t know how to handle the situation and it leads to all sorts of health problems starting from back pain, obesity to something as severe as heart diseases. Depression and anxiety comes as a bonus. Desk jobs are a blessing as well as a curse. You need to take care of yourself. Your company/clients won’t. Get some activity whenever it’s possible!
