Trekking Improve your balance.

Hiking on trails is an excellent way to improve your balance and mental agility. The uneven surface promotes the small stabilising muscles in your ankles to get stronger and react more quickly if you lose your balance. These stabilising muscles are vital for proprioception which is your body’s sixth sense that helps you balance or catch yourself if you trip. If we don’t train our proprioception then it naturally declines as we get older, making us more likely to suffer injuries from falls in old age.

One of the major attractions in Trichy. A historical and architectural Pride of the Trichy city. It's also known as symbol of Trichy. The Rockfort is a very ancient than North India's Himalayas, with a total height of 83 m. According to researchers, the mountain is about 3.8 million years old.This fort offers a magnificent view of the aerial view of the city & Cauvery River. The beauty of the fort can be witnessed from many places in Trichy.⁣

Many argue that Manali-Leh Highway takes the cake when it comes to ‘grandness’ of scale and scenery, despite the route being tough on the body and mind. I agree to the latter. I found Srinagar-Leh Highway, also known as National Highway 1, to be an equal and not a contender in terms of the wow factor the landscape dials up once you hit the road.

Valley of flowers

Peace.. Nature has so much to give.
What have we humans done?
We are driving our own end; that's no fun.
What are we leaving behind for our next generation?
Wake up from slumber, we have innovated pollution!
Places like Valley of flowers and Ghangharia are still untouched, though plastic has reached everywhere. Tourists do not spare forests or roads to leave their footprints. Hotels and residences do dump garbage in bins.
But since plastic is non-recyclable, it reaches back in our ecosystem.
Offbeat won't remain offbeat for long. Travel before the world explodes with plastic.
