Everything was good till Kaza when we arrived via Shimla. As soon as we started making our way to Manali to complete our spiti circuit, things started going south.

These 200 kms can be a nightmare to any traveller/biker who is willing to have an adventure. Try to have atleast 10 hours for this patch.
Get your tank fueled at Kaza itself. Try to avoid heavy bikes or any regular bike.

or 's 390 adventure is miraculously good for this route.
Try to avoid pillion rider and ride solo.

A worrying but best thing about Royal enfield himalayan is - it comes with spokes tyre rim which absorbs a lot of shock but also unable to make tyre go tubeless. I have seen riders taking their tyres miles away to get their puncture fix deserting their bikes in middle.

KTM'390 adventure comes with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres which a rider can trust on.
But again No match to royal enfield Himalayan beacause of it's aerodynamic and design.

Better carry a puncture fix kit with you and hope tyre don't get burst.
Afterall you're on adventure and you need one.

This 200kms patch comes with no network zone.

I have helped people got into accident and got carried in another vehicles as no network and no medical services and no ambulance.

How about dinning in a fort?
This fort is turned to a hotel and location is quite amazing. And it's quite hard to reach here if you're in goa as a tourist and hired a rental bike.

Lastly there is only a single way left.
