Salary: INR 12000/- to INR 15000/- Per Month
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist clients with air ticket booking, hotel booking, tour package booking...
2) Provide exceptional customer service by answering clients' inquiries and resolving any issues related to their travel arrangements.
3) Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and trends.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
5) Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
1) At least 06 months of experience in the travel industry only.
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5) Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
6) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7) A degree in travel and tourism or a related field is preferred.
