Amazon India Its a good thing you have 10M Followers.... But you really need to looking into your logistics partner in Manali Tehsil of District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh India... Twice in last almost 10 Days 2 Of my Orders (In Fact total 4 Items) were returned with a Reason that I Denied to Accept the Oder. I Got No Call Whatsoever from any one.. I got one message stating that My Order is Out for Delivery and Next thing I get is Order is Being Returned because if refused to accept it. Its so Frustrating placing orders waiting for them to come only to see that incompetent logistic partners who are cutting their work by simply cancelling the orders without even contacting the customer. This is something which is not expected from an organization of your status. I have been using Amazon since very long time over 8 years now. Both the times I connected with your customer care and both the time your executives tried to resolve the issue by asking me to place another order... well Won't Get Fooled Again.. Im considering my next steps in the matter... it was a pure waste of time and energy trying to use your services....
