At The Holiday Shoppe, we always try to encourage conscious travel from our clients' choices and demonstrate how their incentives or conferences can create a meaningful and lasting impact not only on their attendees but the destination too.

We recently had the pleasure of delivering an unforgettable "Knowledge Summit" for Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd. The chosen destination was the financial capital of India, Mumbai, with its rich heritage, vibrant population and incredible food scene. It was a heartening moment when Mumbai was confirmed as the destination for the summit as we knew the benefits that bringing such a large, high-profile event would bring to the local suppliers/vendors.

The summit itself was a large investment in both financial and business terms, so we sidelined the usual conference venues and chose The Westin Mumbai, Powai Lake. This 5-star, 600 room Powai lake hotel offered a picture-perfect getaway in Mumbai for our guests who traveled across the length and breadth of India for this Knowledge Summit. 

With 406 investors and distributors, as well as Heads of Business, traveling to Mumbai, we ran a program with staggered arrivals and departures. To facilitate this number of people we coordinated 134 domestic flights, 68 coaches and luxury cars for a smooth transfer, 214 rooms and a total of 2 days in India's financial capital.

We had 10 THS navigators on the ground overseeing every detail and working closely with partners to meet objectives with agility. Event materials maximized ROI and tied seamlessly into the brand identity we had crafted for the entire summit.

The summit showcased our expertise in exceptional events that seamlessly blend delivering key business aims with luxury and unique cultural experiences. The program successfully excited and energised distributors for the future of the business, with important talks that left a lasting impact. Post event, an online photo gallery and a film created by our on-site videographer allowed guests to relive the whole experience.
