US Company J-1 Visa Program details:
(*) The timeline and process length are subject to change based on the responsiveness of the candidate, host company and US Embassy appointment availability.

Candidate Registration (Process Length: 1-4 weeks on average):
- The US Company representative checks the J-1 Visa Eligibility of the candidate.
- The US Company representative and the candidate attend a Pre-screening Meeting.
- The candidate completes the Registration Package and US Company Agreement and shares his/her preferences for placement with the US Company representative.
- The US Company representative registers the candidate into our proprietary systems.
- The candidate completes the payment of the Registration Fee.

Interview & Placement (Process Length: 1-4 weeks on average):
- The candidate communicates with the US Company representative and interviews with host companies.
- When a hosting company selects the candidate, the US Company representative will send him/her the offer email outlining their training program department and stipend.
- The candidate will also receive an Arrival Package, which includes information on the host company, city, housing, and transportation.
- The candidate completes the documents and pays the Program Fee, SEVIS, and Shipment Fee.

Compliance & Filing (Process Length: 1-4 weeks on average):
- US Company requests school, work documents, and other necessary J-1 visa documents from the candidate
- Once US Company collects all the necessary documents from the candidate and receives the payment, the team starts working on the J-1 visa sponsorship documents.
- The candidate waits as US Company & the host company complete the necessary documents
- US Company develops the DS-7002 (training plan) of the candidate based on the specifications of the placement and the host company and candidate requirements.
- Once the host company approves, the DS-7002 (training plan) is issued. The candidate, host company and US Company must digitally sign the DS-7002.
- Once signatures are completed on the DS-7002, the candidate will receive a shipment confirmation for his/her DS2019 Form and instructions on booking an Embassy appointment.

Visa Application (Process Length: 1-2 weeks on average):
- The candidate follows the instructions from the U.S. Embassy on how to book an appointment
- The candidate fills out the DS-160 online and pays the U.S. Embassy fee (average $185).
- The candidate schedules an interview and informs the US Company of the interview date.
- US Company provides information on how to prepare for the interview at the U.S. Embassy.
- The candidate informs US Company of the interview result.

Booking Flights & Arrival (Process Length: 1-2 weeks on average):
- The candidate receives the passport with a visa stamp from the U.S. Embassy.
- The candidate books the flight to the United States based on the information provided in the Arrival Package. - The candidate informs US Company of flight details.
- The candidate flies and arrives in the United States.
- The candidate informs the sponsor of their arrival and completes the check-in process.

We are looking for employees for a factory in various positions in Poland.

Position:
Production Worker:
1) Carcass & Meat Cutting - Pork and Meat
2) Fish & Seafood
3) Poultry
4) Machine Operator
5) Forklift operator

Duties:
Production worker -
Fish & Seafood: Operation of production machines, weighing semi-finished products, preparing fish for packing, and packaging finished products.

Poultry: Slaughtering, cutting and packaging of poultry products, verification of manufactured products, operation of machinery and equipment on the production line, keeping the workplace clean

Carcass & Meat Cutting - Pork and Meat: Carcass processing and meat cutting, meat processing and trimming of veins and fat, meat packing and raw meat preparation, handling of knives, saws, and machines, and Complying with applicable knife change and sterilization rules.

Machine operator - maintenance and control of machine operation, preparation of raw materials.

Forklift operator - receiving of goods, preparation of goods for dispatch, delivery of goods for production, ex*****on of warehouse documents.

Contract - Mandate contract

Workwear/Uniforms - free

Occupational Medicine and Research Health and Safety - PLN 154 (collected from the salary)

Transport - FREE

Meal - FREE lunch. There is a lunchroom in the factory.

Shifts - 10-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, possible work on Sundays. (There are no night shifts)

Average 260-300 hours per month.

Salary and Bonus:

Average salary:
PLN 4500-5500 net per month

Bonus: Provided as per company rule

Requirements:
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ready to work in a standing position
- Intermediate knowledge of the Polish language (for forklift operators)
- UDT certificate (for forklift truck operator

Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided but payable PLN 16 per person per day in a 4-6 person room (approx. 480 PLN per month). The accommodation has everything you need and the conditions are good.

Additional information:
- Temperature in the workplace + 4-6 degrees, high humidity
If possible, rooms for couples are available (PLN 20 per person per day)
- It is possible to receive an advance payment (after 10 business days)
- We provide a blanket and a pillow (cost PLN 55)
- In case of loss, destruction or theft, you must repay the price of the entrance card: PLN 50, keys: 50 PLN, and work clothes: 80 PLN.

For the candidates, the company provides 2 years contract with 2 years work visa and semi-furnished sharing accommodation is provided. But do not provide meals. The flat has a kitchen where the team can cook and have their meal away from the duty hours. The flatmates will share the other accommodation expenses for cleaning items, cooking gas and internet. Working hours will be 10 hours with one weekly day off after 6 days. The Company provides a Visa, Air Ticket, Medical insurance and Life insurance.

The breakdown of the salary package is as follows:

Welding certificate 111, 136 procedure for welder.
VCA or alternative.
First Aid.

5. STEEL FITTER - SHIP BUILDING/REPAIR
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience within shipbuilding.
Skills:
Assembling steel parts according to drawings.
Work with cutting torch.
Independent work with the ability to read drawings and take measurements.
Proficient in reading and understanding standard symbols and welding procedures.
Use of various tools within steel construction.
