IPSR is a Part of government registered society, named PEASSS (Paramedical Education Association and social service society) a body registered under society Registration act XXI of 1860 and having nationwide jurisdiction. The Institute was established in 2000 with the dual aim:
❖ To produce high skilled human resource and this can make a positive contribution in relevant industry/market.
❖ To pr
ovide professional education to educated, under privileged, unemployed young generation and got them placed with good remuneration so that they can make positive contribution to the society. There are a number of institutes under this group conducting different professional courses through various universities. All the courses conducted are duly recognized by relevant universities. IPSR have many leading personalities in the field of medical science and education. India was going through an Economic recession at that time and unemployment had scaled all heights. Unemployment had seriously dented the socio-economic structure of small towns and rural areas. IPSR conducted a comprehensive survey and collected all relevant and contemporary data. The data were studied and analyzed, and a conclusion was established. A large percentage of the educated young generation was having basic traditional degree which was fit enough only to fetch them a clerical job in Govt. / public sector units. The availability of such jobs was dismally low. On other hand, slow but steady growth of Indian Economy was creating opportunities in different sectors, health, travel & tourism, Fashion being few of them. Several new techniques had arrived in India but there were few trained professional to handle them. The scenario was such that there was no one to do certain jobs and there were many, who had nothing to do. Goal was set, to alleviate unemployment. Path was chosen, to provide professional training to educated youth. The concept of professional training was evolving at a fast with new technology begin introduced every another day. There were very few Universities and institutions that were having up to date syllabus and were ready to involve and change with changing technology. The training recognized by appropriate authorities with extensive exposure to new technologies was needed. IPSR group selected few leading universities to get the formal training done for the chosen recognized professional courses .IPSR group took up the challenge and started by establishing an institute namedIPMT Delhi (Institute of pre-medical management & technology) with different professional courses in paramedical studies and research, chhatarpur).Starting with allied health science, slowly the group diversified and included many new professional streams as the time demanded. Today the group has any branch well established institutes at different part of country, namely IPSR Chhatarpur, Delhi, BIPS Ranchi Jharkhand and IPSR Law College Alwar Rajasthan. More Institutes are in Pipeline to be established with emphasis on women and underprivileged section of society.
