SDM Multimedia Studio, established in 2007, trains students in electronic media production. It offers training in news anchoring, voice-over, video and audio editing, scriptwriting, TV journalism, and camera operations. The studio engages students in video production activities, making it a media production house with its own social media streaming platforms and cable network partnerships. Nammura

Varthe: A weekly TV news bulletin produced by students, covering development news in the Dakshina Kannada District. It has been running for 14 years with more than 580 episodes.
2. Digital Video Story: Students create short video stories on various topics, garnering millions of views on social media.
3. Promotional Videos and Instagram Reels: Students learn to create marketing videos and reels, producing 76 promo videos and 98 Instagram reels.
4. Documentaries: The studio produces documentaries on social issues, with 165 covering topics like the environment and women empowerment.
5. Web Series: "Baapu" is a web series on forgotten values propagated by Mahatma Gandhi, involving students in all stages of production.
6. Short Films: The studio nurtures students' creative expressions with 42 short films, some receiving awards and recognition.
7. Interviews: Eminent personalities provide interviews, archived on the studio's YouTube channel.
8. News Segments: Students receive training in creating news segments based on current affairs.
9. Yoga Series: The studio produces health and lifestyle content involving students. Additionally, the studio has recorded the "Golden Lecture Series," featuring 100 lectures by prominent scholars and writers from Karnataka. SDM Multimedia Studio provides practical training and engages students in diverse media production activities.
