A near & , set in the midst of a 120 acre estate that grows tea, coffee, pepper and orange. Originally built in 1851, the Estate House provides scenic views of and which attract bison and deer.
Tariff ranges from Rs 4950-7500 per night for the 7 on a twin sharing basis. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Extra person is charged Rs 1500 while kids between 8-14 are charged Rs 800.

There are 3 cottages. The estate house is the main on this which was redesigned using the framework of the old manager’s bungalow that was originally built in 1851. The guest bedrooms are located on the upper storey of the bungalow while the main dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor. 2 Guest Bedrooms with own bathrooms, large balconies with views of mountains and waterfall, charming interiors including mosaic chip tiling in bathroom, interesting handmade clay washbasins and custom-made furniture. Hornbill House boasts spectacular close-up views of the waterfall. 2 Guest Bedrooms with own bathrooms overlooking waterfall & valley. Large lounge room and dining spaces with a small pantry. the Pepper House has three guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is loft accommodation for children in the upstairs bedroom.
