Sunny Side is a standalone gated Bungalow being “stairs free” and having 2 large bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and an attic room with architecture inspirations of colonial bungalows.

Situated amidst quiet residential neighbourhood, yet only 400 metres from the heart of the town. The blend of lush green surroundings and modern amenities makes it an ideal getaway for large family and group of friends.

The bungalow favours senior citizens and wheel chairs as the drive-way to the entire house doesn’t have any steps except for the attic room.

TThembre Cottage is unique a property we have in Kalimpong with it's architecture inspired by the work of the Gandian architect Laurie Baker offering of eco therapy. Situated amidst lush green surroundings & views of the hills, it is but a few steps away from ShantiKunj, Kalimpong's exemplary flora nursery.
Walks in all directions leads the flanery through Kalimpong's suburbs to the scenic Pujedara overlooking the Relli Valley or to the Roerich centre at the iconic British-era Crookety up on the hill.

The terrace is perfect for a cup of tea or with a hook in Kalimpong's bracing mornings & it's spectacular evenings.

The cottage comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen & modern facilities. We also have in-house washing machine to help you out with your laundry If cooking is not your thing & you don't really want to step out of the house then Kalimpong has two food delivery services namely "Doorstep " & "Grubb" which has food from some of the most famous restaurant & cafes of town. To help you explore the local sights & sounds around kalimpong, we provide scooters on rent & we are always available to help plan a local itinerary for you. 📍Barbot, Kalimpong.
