Do you believe that stress is normal?
If you believe so, you should have a lot of stress in your life.
So, what's the source of your anxiety?
With all of the studies and research that has been conducted on a regular basis, there has been a relatively clear image of what causes stress.
• Financial concerns
• Work-related issues
• Health concerns (of self and loved ones)
• Personal connections
• Childrearing
• Everyday life business (stress of being too busy)
• Global topics such as war, climate change, political issues, and so on.
Another set of factors may be causing your stress if you are a teenager:
• Academic examinations
• Career development
• Life evolves.
•Interpersonal relationships
But if I say these are actually not causing any stress and there’s only one thing that’s causing your stress, would you believe me?
Just think for a moment, if improved finances can only take away your stress, why so many entrepreneurs and so called rich people are under constant stress and even committing su***de!
What can you do to get rid of stress?
Next time you're bogged down by a difficult notion, simply observe it.
Listen to what you're saying to yourself and the story you're telling yourself.
If this thinking, this scenario causes you anxiety, worry, or stress, simply pivot!
Change the subject to a more upbeat story and problem-solving inquiry.
Focus on your strengths!
And you'll see how you can manage your mind and thoughts.
Just let go of what you can't manage — the epidemic, the recession, the market, other people's opinions – and pivot to what you can control – your thoughts, your thinking!
