A Candidate is required for the role of a Sales executive. His/ Her role would be to

handle multiple product portfolios in the eCommerce marketplace. (Mobile Industry

would be Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

∙Responsible for all e-commerce activities.

∙Will be Responsible for Order Management, Return Management, Listing

Management, Claim Management


∙Candidate would be responsible to create, upload a new product on various

sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Udaan, Paytm, etc.),


∙Perform daily maintenance and merchandising updates on sites. Manage and

monitor the online product catalogue (add/edit products, prices, sales,

categorization) through the Content Management System or backend

processes to business partners (Seller) Optimize e-commerce product listings


∙Address Customer Complaints


∙Will be responsible to publish the reports to show the daily sales, returns and

claims (if any)


∙Work closely with E-commerce Manager for deals, promotions and in

delivering the desired target and Goals


∙Communicate with internal colleagues on deadlines and daily activities


∙Fresher is also welcome, must be perfect in computer knowledge, will provide

training for product listing on marketplace


∙Proficiency in Amazon environment, tools and reports


∙Coordination with warehouse and logistic team for order process.


∙Maintenance of data.



Qualifications:-

Experience in e-commerce industry
Able to track, manage, and enhance online customer experience
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management skills.
Experience with Mobile Industry is a strong plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS- Excel
