വള്ളങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് അനുമയി നൽകി ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ എ. അലക്സാണ്ടർ ഉത്തരവായി.

കോവിഡ് പ്രതിരോധ കുത്തിവയ്പ് എടുത്ത ജീവനക്കാരെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാത്രമേ ഹൌസ് ബോട്ടുകൾ, ശിക്കാര വള്ളങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു. ഹൌസ് ബോട്ടുകളിൽ /ശിക്കാര വളളങ്ങളിൽ എത്തുന്ന സഞ്ചാരികൾ 72 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ എടുത്ത ആർ.ടി.പി.സി.ആർ നെഗറ്റീവ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ കോവിഡ് വാക്സിൻ ഒരു ഡോസ്
സ്വീകരിച്ചതിന്റെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. എല്ലാ ദിവസവും അണുവിമുക്തമാക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം മാത്രമേ ഫൌസ് ബോട്ടുകൾ / ശിക്കാര വള്ളങ്ങൾ യാത്രയ്ക്കായി സജ്ജമാക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു. ഇതിലേയ്ക്കായി യൂസർ ഫീ ഒരു ഹൗസ് ബോട്ടിന് ഒരു ദിവസം 1 00 രൂപയും ഒരു ശിക്കാര വള്ളത്തിന് 20 രൂപ എന്ന ക്രമത്തിൽ ഡി.ടി.പി.സിയ്ക്ക് കൈ മാറേണ്ടതാണ്.

പുന്നമട ഫിനിഷിംഗ് പോയിൻറ്, പള്ളാത്തുരുത്തി ഹൌസ് ബോട്ട് ടെർമിനൽ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു മാത്രം ബോർഡിംഗ് പാസുകൾ ഡി.ടി.പി.സി മുഖേന വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
എല്ലാ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളും
പൂർണ്ണമായും പാലിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തിയതിനു ശേഷഠ മാത്രമേ ബോർഡിംഗ് പാസുകൾ അനുവദിക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളു.
യാത്രയ്ക്കുള്ള ബോർഡിങ് പാസില്ലാതെ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഹൌസ്ബോട്ടുകൾ സർവ്വീസ് നടത്തുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ശിക്കാര വള്ളങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള ബോർഡിംഗ് പാസ് ഡി.ടി.പി.സി ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. മേൽപ്പടി സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ 50 ശതമാനം ജീവനക്കാരെ ഡി.ടി.പി സിയു o 50 ശതമാനം ജീവനക്കാരെ ഹൌസ് ബോട്ടുകളുടെ
സംഘടനകളും ഏർപ്പാടു ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

ഉത്തരവുകൾ ലഘിക്കുന്നവർക്കെതിരെ
2005 ദുരന്തനിവാരണ നിയമം, 2021 ലെ സാംക്രമിക രോഗങ്ങൾ നിയമം എന്നിവ പ്രകാരമുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവി , സെക്രട്ടറി, ഡിറ്റിപിസി, ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറകൾ ടൂറിസം , പോർട്ട് ഓഫീസർ എന്നിവരെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി............................................................................
