Stir-Fried Noodles - AKA Pad Woon Sen, it is made of pre-soaked noodles, stir-fried in a wok with prawns, shallots, garlic cloves, vegetables, and scrambled eggs

Massaman Curry - With its aromatic and complex paste usually fried in a pan with coconut cream and tamarind paste, you can expect a dish that packs both spicy and savoury flavours.
