Jessore Sloth Bear Sanctuary is situated in the Banaskantha district formerly under Palanpur State in the Indian state of Gujarat at the Gujarat-Rajasthan border. It was declared as a sanctuary in May 1978, covering an area of about 180 square kilometres (69 sq mi), principally for protection of the sloth bear, which is now categorized as "Vulnerable A2cd+4cd;C1 ver 3.1" on the IUCN Red List. Their numbers are declining in the wild and they are threatened with extinction.

The sanctuary is located in the Jessore hills of Aravalli hills, to the south of the Thar desert.

Situated in Yavatmal area as an isolated national park in Maharashtra, The Tipeshwar wildlife sanctuary provides every visitor a tremendous opportunity to experience a wide range of wildlife species.

Placed in Pandarkawada district of Yavatmal that encloses an area of 148.63 sq.km., the sanctuary sprawls amongst the Patanbori and Parwa Ranges of the Pandarkawad Forest Division. This sanctuary is known for its exotic hilly-undulating territory and wildlife treasures. The Tipeshwar wildlife sanctuary found its name from the ‘Goddess Tipai’ whose temple is located in Tipeshwar village inside the sanctuary area.

Flame Towers is trio of skyscrapers with the tallest tower being 182 meters high. The flame shaped towers happen to symbolize the element of fire. The flame towers are home to some 130 residential apartments spread across 33 floors, office blocks, and service apartments.

In 1835 CE, Maharaja Balwant Singh started the construction of this Fort-Palace after the name of his mother Moosi Maharani, as well as a grand Hawa Mahal. Famous architects and masons from Kabul and Mughal Delhi were originally engaged for its construction. Because of Maharaja Balwant Singh's premature death in 1845 CE – probably from murder, the construction remained incomplete until it was taken over by Neemrana Hotels to restore, complete and run as a palace hotel in Rajasthan.

Maa Baglamukhi Temple at Bankhandi near Kangra in Himachal Pradesh is one of the most famous and important Pitambara Peeths in the country and must be visited at least once in lifetime. सतपुड़ा नेशनल पार्क को बेस्ट वाइल्डलाइफ डेस्टिनेशन श्रेणी में इंडिया टुडे का एडिटर्स चॉइस अवार्ड मिला है। केंद्रीय संस्कृति और संसदीय कार्य राज्य मंत्री श्री Arjun Ram Meghwal ने शुक्रवार को नई दिल्ली में इंडिया टुडे टूरिज्म समिट एंड अवार्ड समारोह में इसे प्रदान किया। मध्यप्रदेश की ओर से फील्ड डायरेक्टर श्री एल. कृष्णमूर्ति और सहायक प्रबंधक टूरिज्म बोर्ड डॉ. नीलम रावत ने अवार्ड प्राप्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अवार्ड सतपुड़ा नेशनल पार्क में पर्यटकों को और अधिक सुविधाएँ विकसित करने के लिए प्रेरणा का कार्य करेगा।

सतपुड़ा टाइगर रिजर्व

मध्यप्रदेश के होशंगाबाद जिले में स्थिति सतपुड़ा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान को सतपुड़ा टाइगर रिजर्व के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। बाघ संरक्षण केंद्र के रूप में प्रसिद्ध यह क्षेत्र वन्य-जीव एवं वनस्पति विविधता से भी समृद्ध है। बाघ के अलावा यहाँ तेंदुए, भारतीय बायसन, भारतीय विशाल गिलहरी, सांभर, चीतल, हिरण, नीलगाय, लंगूर, भालू, जंगली सुअर सहित विभिन्न वन्य-जीव पाए जाते हैं। उद्यान में ऐतिहासिक एवं पुरातात्विक महत्व की 300 से अधिक गुफाएँ हैं। भोपाल से 210 कि.मी., जबलपुर से 240 कि.मी., नागपुर से 250 कि.मी. और छिंदवाड़ा से 85 कि.मी. सड़क मार्ग से अभयारण्य तक पहुँचना आसान है। अभयारण्य से 52 कि.मी. की दूरी पर पिपरिया निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन और इटारसी निकटतम रेल जंक्शन है। पचमढ़ी निकटतम बस स्टेंड और अभयारण्य का प्रवेश द्वार भी है।
