Mount Satopanth Expedition

Un expected weather.

We started 4th September from Gangotri ,7th sep established our base camp next day our team do a pooja ceremony n after lunch our guides n few member done a ferry towards C1. 10th Sep 3 Guide & 1 member shifted to C1 & 13 Sep they opend the Summit camp.
13 Sep evening weather goes bad in night snow fall start ,14 Sep our guides come back to base camp because weather . We still hoping weather will good in upcoming days. But weather goes worst day by day. 21sep morning time sky was open every one passing a smile to each other's after breakfast our team members n guides shift to C1 that evening weather goes again worst n snow fall start that night no one sleep every one shouting ( Tent jhaado )next morning around 2-3 feet snow fall around camp & still snow falling we decide to go back to base camp n call off the expedition. Till 26 sep snow fall .

In my past experience i never ever seen these type of weather .

In 2022 14,15 expeditions in Gangotri valley but no one expedition success due to this weather

This is the first time we seen a worst weather condition in himalaya.
As our program we opend the summit camp on 13th september bt 13sep evening weather turn to bad till 26th sep morning.
21St sep we try second attempt but weather goes worst day by day. then we decide to call off the expedition.
