Elegantly decorated Spacious 3-bedroom villa located 500m from the Beach. This Holiday home is furnished with French windows,Open Patio,Fully equipped Modular Kitchen,Large mirrors,Wall Lamps and paintings.
Adding to this is the beautiful swimming pool view from the balcony.

We have a wide parking Porch with lighting and a wide Entry Balcony with Flower Bushes and Lawn all around the villa.

Once you enter you will be in the the Living room whcih is furnished with a 5-seater sofa set, the room is Adorned with Beautiful Paintings and Pleasant Lighting.
There is WC Attached to the Hall so that all the Bedrooms have their own privacy

The living room connects to the Dining area which has a 6-seater Dining table; and the Modular Kitchen which has a B&W theme and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances(including a washing machine) and cutlery.
The kitchen has a backdoor to the Backyard Which has Lawn and is Ideal for BBQ sitouts.
The pool is right at the backyard of the villa.

There is a large Bedroom on the ground floor with attached bathroom/WC; Furnished with a King Sized Bed with sidetables & lamps, a Wardrobe and a Work Station. The room is spacious and cozy.

On the upper level there are two Large Bedrooms, Both have Walk-in Closets with attached bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with King size beds, and a work station; Both bedrooms have french windows that have access to wide balconies.

There is also an open air patio with furniture,accessible from one of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms also have a dedicated foldable luggage rack.
