وتیشی: "لە دوای تەواوبونی ئەو مۆڵەتەی كە دەدرێت بە هاوڵاتیان، پێشنیاركراوە بۆ هەر مانگێك بڕی 100 هەزار دینار پارەی ئاویان بۆ بێتەوە".
