The project is to provide accommodation facilities for approximately 350 personal of well-known international OIL & GAS Company (Gazprom Neft Badra B.V.) The work is to be completed by 300 days.
Total area of project is 128,502 m2 (354 m by 363 m). The project consist of Administration complex, Swimming pool, 19 Accommodation Villas, Guard House, Guard Shake Unit, Check Point, Tribune, Sport area, Storage and Shop Building, Repair and shop building, Utilities – Sewage system. Utilities – Water Supply System, Power Supply System, Fire Fighting – Fire Hydrants System, Water Well, Fuel Station Facility, Parking Lots, External Lighting, Roads, Pedestrian walkway, Landscaping, Irrigation System.
