Job Title: HR Coordinator (Event Management Company)
Position Overview:
As an HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in facilitating various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce, maintaining a positive employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
• Lead the creation, review, and revision of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure that policies align with Iraqi labor law and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain the employee handbook, keeping it updated with the latest policies and procedures.
• Communicate changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
• Lead the recruitment process for each event by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews, and screenings of candidates.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and certifications.
• Manage HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts (fixed term, part time, and freelancers), and termination letters.
• Assist in payroll processing and time tracking.
• Generate HR-related reports and metrics for management as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• +3 Years experience in HR coordination or administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kurdish and English is a must.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Title: Accountant

Vacancy : 2

Summary: The role of Accountants generally record, collect, analyses, and report on financial data. In most cases, accountants use the financial records compiled by bookkeepers to prepare financial statements and reports and to perform financial analysis. Will be able to account for the invoices and record the expenditures in detail with reporting to General Manager for insuring about the posting notes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Posting and recording input and Output data of EZMA company expenditures in all matters especially indirect expenditures and using their system of recording.
• Recording direct and indirect expenditures plus recording all the stock expenditures of all locations.
• Make a proper escalation and report to the management explaining the issues once it happens.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Manage the deduction process regarding the customers of having electrical problems to compensate them through deduction issue.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Send bank reconciliation of customers to sale representative.


Education/Certifications:

• University degree in finance or accounting or related subject.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have experience in accounting and finance position at least 3 years.
• English, Arabic and Kurdish are mandatory
• Experience of working in a multi-currency environment.
• Experienced in accounting system like QuickBooks, Asel althahabi and etc
• Worked for logistic department as accountant
• Ability to work within set strategies for the payment of invoices/expenses and identify instances when the strategies are not being followed

KNE company for elevators & Escalator looking for a maintenance engineer in Erbil/Iraq to carry on the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Identifying and identifying faults in the faulty elevator or staircase and carrying out the necessary repair.
•Carry out emergency repairs on the elevator after identifying the faults and work on taking what is necessary to prevent it from being repeated during or outside official working hours.
•Conducting the necessary checks for the elevator to ensure that is working properly without any malfunctions.
•Conducting a rescue operation in the event of people stuck in the elevator.
•Carry out periodic maintenance of elevators and staircases in the event of a shortage of maintenance technicians.
•Adherence to safety instructions and procedures during work.
•Removing broken parts, repairing or replacing them, such as buttons, gears, ropes or wires.
•Request replacement parts for the damaged parts in the elevator and return the damaged parts after carrying out the required repair.
•Preparing reports on the work done during the day.
•Training technicians on the basics of correct electrical work and methods of troubleshooting and solving faults.
Qualifications:
•Holds bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical or equivalent.
•Experience in maintenance of mechanical/electrical devices.
•Practical experience in preventive maintenance
•Hands-on experience in emergency maintenance
•Practical experience in elevator maintenance is a plus
