Meybod Pigeon tower was simply a house for pigeons and doves where they could be safe. Besides they had some benefits for humans, for example, people could use their droppings to fertilize their lands or to use their meat. Now this tower has been renovated and has two floors to be visited by tourists. It's also possible to go to the rooftop and see around, but the amazing part is inside where you see 4000 holes (nests) for pigeons.

Narin Castle is nearly the oldest castle of Iran which is located in Meybod, Yazd. It goes back to 4000 BC and now is a touristic place. It’s not possible to go inside the rooms downstairs but you can go to the top and there on the main watching tower you can see the whole city.
