Looking forward to our Summer and Fall retreats which always include an optional visit to the exceptional in Husavik!
These geothermal waters here are unique in the country as they’re a mix of spring and salt water. The baths offer a hot soak overlooking the cool Arctic Ocean.

Captured this week on retreat! A few years ago, you needed a fancy camera with tripod and time exposure to capture the Northern Lights … NOW you can get images like this on camera phones. A little blurry, but you can see the veil like shapes and imagine the movement of the lights painting the sky.
The nights start to get dark in Iceland in September, and our FAVORITE month to visit is October.
