Where do you put your "s**t"?

Trash is trash - throw it out!

Good memories are amazing. Store them at the right places in the body and go on creating new ones! 🤗

Bad memories or experiences that are still not that deep, can go with the trash - AFTER becoming aware and processing.

Trauma needs your love and attention.
The healing takes awareness, acceptance, forgiveness, re-purposing at the right place in the body, habit changing and self-compassion for anything that comes up during the process ❤️

Perfect isn't the goal, but continuous progress towards an even better version of ourselves 💪

When we face our traumas and heal the past - our shadows become others sunlight!

The spirits voice is quiet while the demons are loud!

Had a great walk and talk with my 1612 family yesterday and afterwards we shared breathwork, 3 rounds of fire & ice, followed by a great soundbath session.
Weekend as a whole has been a great meet with many real conversations mixed with a lot of laughter and bulls**t. A great way to use time 💪

Today I'm choosing me. My plan, my wellbeing, my habits, my happiness, my future.
That is me taking responsibility for being. Being a father, being a husband, being a friend, being happy, being focused, being the role-model and the LifeCoach I am and wish to present to the world 🌎 ❤️

I am grateful for getting to choose this 🙏
I am grateful for the gift of life, the gift of love, the freedom to choose and be exactly who I am and wish to be.

It is built on my accountability and for that I AM responsible!

I have been struggling with lack of focus over the last few weeks and being to busy to take care of me.
I loved waking up this morning knowing I have moved past that.
Today I set my compass right again by choosing the right and loving daily habits that will build with me the life I want.

Dear friends and family all over this beautiful planet of ours 🙏

In the midst of this horrible attack on Ukraine I find a need to remind myself that the world has never (according to our knowledge) been a better and safer place for humans. We still have a lot of hardship and difficulties, old resentful men with old hateful ideas, using what's left of their little power, to desperately trying to hang on to their old systems of violence and fear. Not just in Ukraine of course. This is happening in way to many places still.

But at the same time the world has never been as peaceful and safe. Never have we had a smaller percentage of the human race hungry, dying from treatable diseases and etc.
Yes, we still have a long way to go for our own sake and for the sake of all life on the planet. But we are moving in the right direction 🙏❤

Love is the answer 🥰

If you feel that you are lost for how you can help people in countries at war, donations to organisations helping civilians affected is one way to take action and be of good. We can take action.
Buying food and medicine for people in need helps a lot more then wishful thinking 💪💯

We are one!

What is the secret to your success? It's ACTION!
The decision and plan is a great way to set the aim but it's only through your action that you reach your potential.

As my 1612 brother put it so brilliantly recently: "Tell me what you value and I might believe you, but show me your calendar and bank statement and I will show you what you really value".

Your true values are shown in your actions, not your fantasies!
In your habits, not your statements.
In your results, not your wishful thinking.

I'm so shallow that YODA is one of my favorite "philosopher" 😍

Do or do not - there is no try!
What do I mean by that? Your actions, values and true path are shown in your daily habits and consistency. Consistency is key!

I'd say today (yesterday) was a win 🤗
Started with a clear day and sunrise, did a couple of hikes and ended the day going on a night walk to a natural hot stream.
A 100 out of 10 💪🥳

And right now crazy excited to get back to the gym as I'm free to leave the house tomorrow finally 💪🥳

This year I want to get back to my PR's since my best in 2015.
105 Kg. in PU
152 Kg. in SQ and
185 Kg. in DL.

I have many goals for the year, but mainly I'm setting very clear daily habits to become who I want to be.
I need "micro" goals to stand a chance of reaching the big ones!
