Icelandic home Hi I´m Hoffy. Welcome to my page. I have a room for rent in my apartment . I live in a good neighbourhood. The rooms is big enough for 3 people.

It is in a beautiful, quiet and charming neighborhood. I also take my guests to some Adventures Tours :)

THE ROOM has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, You are very welcome to use the kitchen if you would like some coffee or tea for example. You are free to keep your own food in the fridge. There is free wifi in the apartment. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED centrally in neighbourhood in Rey

kjavík just outside of the down town area. There is a good bus connection from here in all directions and it takes 20 minutes from here to downtown with a bus, depending on which bus you take. Nothing is far in Reykjavik. There is a 10 min walk to the nearest public pool in Kópavogur. Two gyms are also in that area.

I see a lot of People posting how they should dress when going to Iceland 🇮🇸

It is best to have layers on and we icelanders are prod of our wool , the icelandic wool sweater is called lopapeysa. It is best to wear it as a first or second layer , som find it itchy , but it Will get softer in time 😀

Icelandic wool has fat content and therefor the sweaters are a quite water repellent.They are unique with two kinds of hair , wich we call tog and þel.

The sweaters are practical and warm , you can wear it for all occasions , and you can have it for many years 🇮🇸😀

You can buy a sweater all over iceland.

Our Story

Hi I have a room for rent in my apartment . I live in a good neighbourhood. The rooms is big enough for 3 people. It is in a beautiful, quiet and charming neighborhood. I also take my guests to some Adventures Tours :) THE ROOM has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, There is also full access to a well equipped kitchen and the living room. You are very welcome to use the kitchen if you would like some coffee or tea for example. You are free to keep your own food in the fridge and use the kitchen and of course clean up after yourself. There is free wifi in the apartment. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED centrally in neighbourhood in Reykjavík just outside of the down town area. There is a good bus connection from here in all directions and it takes 20 minutes from here to downtown with a bus, depending on which bus you take. Nothing is far in Reykjavik. There is a 10 min walk to the nearest public pool in Kópavogur. Two gyms are also in that area. HOW TO GET HERE If you are driving, my street is close to one of Reykjavík's main streets which takes you directly out of town, so you will be able to skip most of the heavy traffic. Bus nr 3 and 4 stop in my street.
