VRV S.p.A. is an international industrial company established in 1956 and operating in the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for chemical, petrochemical, power and cryogenic indust
ries. It is organized into three different divisions: the Enewrgy and Petrochemical Division, the Process and Equipment Division and the Cryogenic Division. VRV Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd., established in 2008 and based in Chennai (Madras, South of India), operates in the design and manufacture of cryogenic equipment adhering to same technology, manufacturing procedures and high quality standards applied in all the arms of the Group. VRV Services S.r.l., established in 2005, is aimed at being even closer to our customers’ needs in terms of maintenance, repair, spare parts and rental of cryogenic equipment. Cryo Diffusion S.A., established in 1965 and part of VRV Group from 2001, operates in international markets in the design and manufacture of vacuum super-insulated equipment for cryogenic liquid gases. Highly experienced in high engineered products for physical research, Cryo Diffusion has developed and manufactures high quality transportable tanks for laboratories, industries and oil-well service applications. FEMA S.r.l., established in 1952 and part of the Group from 2010, operates in the safety valves sector. It specializes in the design and manufacturing of safety, cryogenic and changeover valves and is also involved in aerospace production. The VRV Group has commercial offices based in Belgium, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia and is today present on the main international markets with the most important engineering companies, general contractors and end users in Europe, Asia, North and South America, reaching year by year technological targets with clients of primary importance. The Group makes use of its resources, experience and know-how to make sure that safety and good practice is promoted towards its target markets, in order to meet with new success in an increasingly competitive space.
