Il Podere è costituito da tre casali,ristrutturati all’insegna della migliore tradizione toscana,con pavimenti in cotto, pareti in pietra lavorata, e travi a vista, ma senza trascurare il comfort ed il gusto più attuale. A disposizione degli ospiti è stata creata una grande sala soggiorno e cucina comune. Il Podere è un posto adatto a soggiorni individuali ed anche ad accogliere gruppi di famiglie di amici che desiderino privacy e autonomia ma anche l’opportunità di grandi spazi comuni dove cucinare e mangiare insieme. L’arredamento ricercato e nello stesso tempo caldo e accogliente, riesce a trasmettere la piacevole sensazione di essere “a casa”,quella casa che tutti vorremmo avere, intima, rilassante e circondata da una natura meravigliosa. Nel giardino la piscina è circondata da una grande terrazza solarium e in una zona ombreggiata è situata la grande zona pranzo e barbecue con tre grandi tavoli per 25 persone, fornello a gas tipo campeggio dove tutti gli ospiti possono mangiare all'aria aperta durante la bella stagione. La scelta di mobili e tessuti originali, e la sapiente opera di restauro restituiscono all’ospite un’atmosfera di sincera ospitalità. Looking for a comfortable place in Tuscany to spend your holidays surrounded by nature? Podere Sant'Egidio is the perfect place to experience Tuscany and its environment : being located in the beautiful Casentino valley - one of the best valleys in Tuscany for its gorgeus landscapes - it offers a stunning view to its guests. Podere Sant' Egidio is also near to Arezzo,Florence,and Siena. We rent out our three cottages,furnished in the best traditional Tuscan style,but also paying attention to the current tastes. The farmhouse and its ancient barn have been restored and restructured by our expert team of builders - a well-established home-building company that works in this field since 1948 - who managed to create the perfect traditional atmosphere in the cottages. As a matter of fact,we tried to create the typical Tuscan house as accurately as possible,with wooden beams in plain sight,terracotta floors and stone walls. The carefully chosen furniture and the original details,along with a wise work of restoration by our experts create an atmosphere of sincere hospitality. Concerning the interior decoration we disposed the furnishing in order to convey a pleasant sensation of peace and relax to our guests. Podere Sant'Egidio is the right place for individual travelers,couples,families,or groups of friends who want to experience the natural beauty of Tuscany. At the guests' disposal,we have created a large common space that includes a living room and a kitchen. There is also an ample common area in which up to 25 people can eat or have a barbecue in our wonderful garden,completely surrounded by a green sea of trees,flowers and hills. In the garden,our large swimming pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding sun terrace.
