Residential dance, movement and well being retreat in one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, Italy. The retreat is an invitation to live and explore reality through the body in connection with the place, combining relax and training. The schedule includes daily awakening sessions/yoga, morning or evening site specific movement training, tango argentino classes, voice workshop + excursion, dancing jamming evenings and free time to enjoy the astonish beauties of Sardinia.
