The Andromeda Theater is an open-air theater located in the territory of Santo Stefano Quisquina in the Sicani Mountains.
It was designed and built by an artist shepherd, Lorenzo Reina, who created a circular stage and seats, made of 108 stone blocks that reproduce in arrangement, the stars of the constellation Andromeda.
It is also called the highest stone theater in the world because it is located at an altitude of about 900 meters.
Around the structure the owner has created an art trail with a series of sculptures granted by other artists.

The Nebrodi or Caronie Mountains, are a mountain range in northern Sicily, in the territory of the metropolitan city of Messina, which, together with the Madonie and Peloritani, form part of the Sicilian Apennines.
The natural landscape of the Nebrodi is characterized by the asymmetry of the slopes, but mainly by the very rich vegetation and wet environments that favor the development of flora and fauna.
In the highest areas there is the southernmost beech forest in Europe.
