So beautiful and so easy to combine total relaxation and hiking in the mountains and cycling. Explore small villages, food, wine.. You decide.

June.. The lavender fields in Sale San Giovanni is absolutely stunning. The weather is nice, and it is a good time to see Piemonte. Try the good food and wines..

Vi har fått en kansellering i juli. Fra 20 til 28 juli er vår største leilighet, Frairot ledig. Første mann til mølla!

Har du anledning til å ta litt ferie i mai, juni og sent i august eller i september er det fortsatt gode muligheter for å besøke oss og utforske Piemonte. Vi har tre familieleiligheter og to minileiligheter for to personer. Sjekk ut ledige perioder på vår hjemmeside. www.ferrarotti.net
Piemonte er et vakkert område å utforske. Det finnes fine turområder i de maritime alpene mot Frankrike, eller rusleturer i vinmarkene. Små landsbyer finnes i nærheten og middelhavet er en times biltur unna. Vårt hus ligger en times biltur eller togtur til Torino. Kjente vinområder som Dogliani, Barolo og Barbaresco er ikke langt unna. Området er perfekt for sykling og vår samarbeidspartner i den nærmeste byen kan levere el-sykler på døren.

The last three years we have worked on several projects to develop our property - both for ourselves and our guests. First the pool and the garden and then the last project, additional insulation of the roof and new windows / doors in the whole house. This was finished in October last year. Together

New year and a new season 2024!

We are delighted to see that we have already a lot of bookings this season! We have guests who come again and it is very satisfying to see that our guests love the place and want to come again (and again)..🥰

Beside the tourist business we are happy to have a small hobby on the side. The small dolcetto vineyard gives us joy and some good wine to share with our guests and family and friends. Now is the time to cut back the branches from last year. We leave one stick that will be this years plant and grapes. We also leave one small bit as a protection for frost if we have cold weather later.

As many of you who follow us know, we have had a large project to upgrade the house to be more energy-efficient over the last two years. Piemonte!

Bookings for 2024 started early, and July is soon fully booked. So don’t wait if your holiday is in July..! But there are possibilities both in May and June, and also in the autumn. Cascina Ferrarotti has five apartments for rental. Our apartments have different sizes, suitable for two and up to five people. Self catering. We have two electric car chargers available and we open our heated infinitypool 01.05. No fixed arrival date.

Our house is perfectly situated for both fantastic trecking routes, cycling and exploring wine and food that this region is so famous for.. In Cascina Ferrarotti we have a small vineyard with dolcetto grapes.

Celebrations in 2024?
Already now we have bookings for 2024 from larger groups who will celebrate anniversaries and who have booked the whole house.

Cascina Ferrarotti is very well suited for groups of friends or bigger families who want to have a holiday together. We have five apartments with different sizes we can accomodate up to 19 people. We can provide a chef on site, both for smaller or bigger groups. There is a barbecue, and the pizzaoven can also be used for guests.

Then our house is ready for the insulation of the roof. All guests have gone now. The weather is still nice and we have time to travel and explore the area. There are several trecking areas not far from us. In an hour we can reach the mountains and explore breathtaking views and very well maintained trecking paths - both for walking but also for biking. And there is always a possibility to have a lunch..

Og så var sesong 2023 over!

Litt tidlig i år. Om en uke kommer stillaser på plass for skifting av vinduer og dører og isolasjon av taket. Vi jobber videre med nye forbedringer av hage og leiligheter. Vår dolcetto 2023 er i tank og vi venter i spenning..🍷

Just now... Alta Langa! The grapes are ripening from day to day. In one months time we are ready to harvest. We have some vacancies in our calendar from 27.08 to the 09.09. 20 minutes by car to Barolo, near small and beautiful villages. Near mountain trecking areas. Anyone..??😎🍷💃⛰️
