I'm a local agent, operating outside the mainstream platforms like Booking or Airbnb. I offer short-term rentals of well-finished properties in the resort town of Diano Marina and surroundings.
I operate locally and favour a direct and close relationship with our clients.
The properties are by the sea (or just within walk distance) or located on the hillside - for those who opt for more space and tranquility. Those located inland are still within a reasonable distance from the sea and with a sea view.

Target
My clients are holiday-makers (both families and individuals), remote workers, companies looking to house employees during events or to house events themselves (like e.g., team buildings and workshops).

Diano Marina is a prominent and well-known touristic destination in North Italy. It is part of the 'Riviera dei Fiori', in the lush Northwestern region called Liguria.
Because of its location -facing south and sheltered from the cold north winds by the Alps and the Apennines- Diano Marina is known to have a mild climate all over the year.
Thanks to its favourable climate, rich nature and history, Diano Marina is suitable for a multitude of activities for the most part of the year. Beside the water sports (which include sailing, surfing, wind and kite surfing), you can enjoy road and mountain biking, hiking, sightseeing and several events related to the local (culinary) tradition.
