Quattromila mattonelle dai mille colori, realizzate all'uncinetto dalle nonne di Ostuni e di altre città della Puglia, a creare un singolare albero di Natale di circa 12 metri di altezza . Le associazioni "il filo di Arianna " e "le radici del Sud" hanno portato avanti questa iniziativa che ha coinvolto circa una cinquantina di donne che, in circa due mesi, hanno realizzato questo coloratissimo e originale Albero di Natale che ci riporta al passato 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄Four thousand tiles of a thousand colors, crocheted by the grandmothers of Ostuni and other cities of Puglia, to create a unique Christmas tree about 12 meters high. The associations "il filo di Arianna" and " le radici del Sud " have carried out this initiative which has involved about fifty women who, in about two months, have created this colorful and original Christmas tree that takes us back to the past

Vi portiamo ad Egnazia, affacciata sull’Adriatico nelle campagne di Fasano. Ciò che resta di questo importante centro, testimone della civiltà messapica, è ancora oggi impressionante: gli scavi dell’abitato, le sue mura, l’acropoli, il porto e la necropoli sono presenze imponenti che richiamano alla mente la nobiltà del passato.
Di antica fondazione messapica, Egnazia nacque nel V secolo a.C. e fu poi conquistata dai Romani. Fu un centro commerciale molto importante trovandosi sul tracciato della via Traiana, una delle strade più trafficate che univa Roma all’Oriente. Una visita in questi luoghi ricchi di tradizioni e misteri permetterà di poter apprezzare la storia dei popoli passati @@@@@@@@@.
We take you to Egnazia, overlooking the Adriatic in the countryside of Fasano. What remains of this important center, a witness to the Messapian civilization, is still impressive today: the excavations of the town, its walls, the acropolis, the port and the necropolis are imposing presences that recall the nobility of the past.
Of ancient Messapian foundation, Egnazia was born in the 5th century BC. and was later conquered by the Romans. It was a very important commercial center being located on the route of the Via Traiana, one of the busiest roads that connected Rome to the East. A visit to these places rich in traditions and mysteries will allow you to appreciate the history of past peoples.
