The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 guarantees certain rights that allow citizens to protest within the framework of law. These rights include:

1. Right to Freedom of Assembly (Article 16):

2. Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression (Article 19):

• Citizens can express their opinions, grievances, and demands freely.

3. Right to Association (Article 17):
