Casa Ina è un grazioso appartamento posto a 250 metri dalla famosa via Roma (via dello shopping), e dalla spiaggia di San Pietro. Situato al primo piano di un tranquillo parc
o privato con affaccio panoramico vista mare e monte Rotaro. Gode, inoltre, di posto auto gratuito nel parco. La superfice totale è di 70 mq. disposti su un solo livello : ingresso, soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e divano letto per due persone, una confortevole camera da letto matrimoniale con ampio armadio e finestra con affaccio nel parco, una seconda camera da letto con letto singolo e finestra, cucina con finestra panoramica, terrazza panoramica abitabile con vista mare e monti, bagno (con doccia, bidè, lavabo, wc e lavatrice),
Siamo ben felici di ospitarvi nel nostro rimodernato appartamento, arredato in stile moderno e funzionale, dotato di tutti i confort per farvi trascorrere un comodo e piacevole soggiorno nella nostra bellissima isola d'Ischia. Nel prezzo è compreso cambio settimanale di lenzuola, asciugamani ed occorrente per preparare bevande calde a volontà. Regole della casa:

One beautiful day on the seafrontof Forio at sunset, the sea approached two huge tuff rocks, stopping them forever in the instant before a kiss.
We like to imagine the story of the lovers' rocks in this way. ❤️
We are in Forio where, on one of the most beautiful promenades, nature, not happy, has offered us another great show. Two huge tuff rocks have been shaped by the wind and the sea to such an extent that, in the distance, they look like two human profiles ready to exchange a kiss. 👩❤️💋👨

📍Palazzo Malcovati, a charming seaside residence overlooking the Aragonese Castle.
It stands on a three-storey quadrangular coastal tower, built in the second half of the sixteenth century by Orazio Tuttavilla, governor of the island, by an order of the royal Court of Naples in 1563, to defend against the pirates who, at the time, landed on the isolates by making unbearable raids.
In the first half of the twentieth century the site, (called the "Scuopolo", that is "the rock", due to the large rocks on which it rests) was purchased by a Milanese gynecologist passionate about thermalism, Piero Malcovati, a great friend of Angelo Rizzoli.
Among the many, Montale and Brodski stayed here and scenes from the film The talent of Mr. Ripley were shot.
