Another great review! Our family group included pensioners, teenagers, younger children and their parents. This house was loved by them all. There is plenty of space, lovely terraces to sunbathe and a vine covered terrace under which to dine. The biggest asset is the river. It is like having your own private paddling and swimming area. The gentle sound of the river is so soothing. The whole area is tranquil and relaxing. The house is well equipped for self catering and we catered for 11 of us easily. The village has an excellent shop that seemed to be always open and the local village dances were a great success. We felt at the end of the holiday we had experienced the real Italy One aspect however is that this is not for the infirm as there are many steps and steep slopes to be negotiated and there are a lot of hairpin bends!
