Villa Fenice, dalla tipica architettura mediterranea, sorge sulla scogliera di Poggio Pertuso e si affaccia sul mare e sul Porto Turistico di Cala Galera. E' circondata da giardini a terrazza e grandi terrazze attrezzate. Si può accedere alla Villa sia dall'alto, dove e' l'ingresso principale, scendendo alcune rampe di scale, sia dalla spiaggia, in basso, attraverso un ingresso privato e salendo a
lcune rampe di scale. La Villa ha un suo accesso privato alla piccola spiaggia di Cala Galera. La Feniglia, una delle più famose spiagge dell'Argentario, e' dietro l'angolo. Il centro di Porto Ercole e' a soli 15 minuti a piedi (1,5km) dalla Villa. Campi da Tennis, Polo e Golf sono a pochi minuti di macchina. La Villa e' divisa in due differenti e totalmente separati appartamenti, uno al primo piano ed uno al piano terra e in una piccola dependance al piano terra. Le tre unita' possono essere affittate insieme o separatamente. Villa Fenice is an outstanding villa, built in typical mediterranean architecture, on a rocky cliff climbing down to the beach and looking on the touristic marina of Cala Galera; it is surrounded by a terraced garden and large furnished terraces. The Villa can be accessed either from top, from main entrance, down flights of steps, or from the beach at the bottom of the property through a private gate up flights of steps. The Villa has its private access to the small beach of Cala Galera. La Feniglia, one of the most famous beach of the Argentario Coast, is just round the corner. The centre of Porto Ercole is just 15 minutes walking from the property ( 1,5 km). Golf, Polo and Tennis courts are 5 minutes driving from the Villa. Near the Villa runs the cycling street that connect Porto Ercole to Orbetello. The villa is divided in two different and totally indipendent apartments and a self-contained studio.
