Let yourself be tempted by the many typical and traditional dishes that you can enjoy in the family kitchen and in restaurants. On the mountains and the hills there prevail meat dishes such as sausages as well as cheeses and vegetables, while on the coast are the recipes based on fish and vegetables that triumph. Typical desserts are served everywhere linked to anniversaries and seasons, as well as wines which have an unmistakable taste, ending and complementing each meal

Casa Felice is located about two Km from the centre of Sant'Angelo in Pontano - a comune (municipality) in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) south of Ancona and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Macerata. Just 2 km from the center of the lovely town of Sant’Angelo in Pontano, EXCELLENT farmhouse built of stone, elegantly renovated, with lovely garden and pool view. The house is on two floors totaling approximately mq.220
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen , Dining room ,Large living room with fireplace and TV corner (satellite TV), bathroom , An additional room can be easily converted into another bedroom.
The first floor has three spacious bedrooms, each comfortable, well appointed, and with an ensuite wet room. From every bedroom there's a view- of nearby hill – top towns, rolling hills and cultivated fields of summer sunflowers and autumn wheat. all with en-suite bathroom
The house is in excellent condition, thanks to a wise and careful recovery of the entire building done in 2006 by local artisans along with the properties have retained the characteristics of the area. In fact, the building has preserved the natural stone exterior , new floors were made of wood and clay in the traditional way, windows with interior shutters and wooden lintels. The house also has underfloor heating powered by gas. Casa Felice's outdoor living spaces are sure to inspire many a happy moment. There are multiple access points from the inside of the house. There are multiple terraces so there's always a place to happily carry on, whether you're seeking full sun, full shade or something in-between. The main terrace is ideal for al fresco dining under the pergola...the kitchen terrace perfect for a quiet breakfast. The pool, at 11m x 5m, and it's wide surround and outstanding landscaping will make you VERY happy.
Access to Casa Felice is definitely something to make you happy. It's easy and direct, via a town-maintained white road. You can walk to Sant'Angelo from Casa Felice. Its shopping, cafes, theater, piazza and panoramic walkway are just about 3km from the house.
If all there is to see, sample and sip in Le Marche makes you happy, Casa Felice is perfect for you. In addition to close-by Sant'Angelo, you'll find find hill-towns San Ginesio and Loro Piceno, as well as elegant Servigliano, all 10-15 minutes from the house. The Sibillini Mountains are roughly 35 minutes away and Adriatic Beaches are easily reached in 35 minutes, too. Airports of Ancona, Perugia and Pescara are reached in 65 minutes, 95 minutes and 90 minutes, respectively
The perfect conditions and location make this house very unique and full of charm
