I fondatori del Progetto sono Tommaso Ganino e Margherita Ferrari dell’Università di Parma, Erika Goffi operatrice turistica, Giorgio Zinno di Master, Eleni Pisano beerchef e Luca Grandi fondatore del brand Birra Nostra.
