When you order it specify “ Boscaiola con porcini”otherwise you will get mushrooms like champignon or button mushrooms. This is home-made sauce is exceptionally good with a few cherry tomatoes and plenty of parmesan😘

Hi Everyone,
Here is my new website about food and wine in my region. It is still in the early phase of the project and there is still a lot to do but I am looking for your comments, ideas of improvements and suggestions. The highlight of my tours is not simply food and wine tastings. There are thousands of food tours in the world that offers samples of food and wine or you could simply go to a restaurant to try it. My idea is to experience the Italian culture, by meeting the artisans, the local producers, taste the food where it is produced and assist in some of the phases of production. I am aware my region is not known internationally as the Amalfi coast or Tuscany and in the same way the products are made by families who are very busy and here we don't have mass tourism so that it is easy to find groups or people. When you have only 2 people is difficult, there are many problems....However I believe in this project, I can see the potential of it, It is an ambitious project and it will require time and energy but I am ready for the challenge.....
