Not just a man’s job: in Parmigiano Reggiano production sites you can even find tough girls working!!! Look at Niki, she’s 23, she adores Parmigiano and ricotta making (so knowledgeable about both) but also videogames, cosplay (and dressmaking in general)! ❤️What a smart and multitasking girl! ❤️ is extreeeemely proud of her!
