We have been curious about this place that has recently opened near Sant'Anna (it's basically next to Corten Bistrot) and very close to the Tuesday Jam session at

Let's go for Korean food! See you tomorrow (Tuesday) at Ho Korean Food at 8PM. After we have dinner we go to the Jam Session at Hope which is basically around the corner!

It was also nice welcoming new community members from Germany, Italy, and Israel!

We also introduced our "rating system", the average rate our attendees gave to this pizzeria is 8.6! That's pretty good!

Dear Community, attention, please!

It's official and we are very glad to share the news with you.

We are included and welcome to the Palermo WinterCamp 2023!
What's that? Imagine more than 100 couchsurfers (if you don't know what Couchsurfing is, I am sorry for you 😛) from all over Europe visiting Palermo from the 27th of December to the 2nd of January (and beyond), sharing stories and sharing experiences together in the beautiful settings of Palermo.

In the past weeks, we have arranged a series of experiences, dinners, and events to welcome the 100+ participants and us from our local expat community. All events have been organized in the spirit of Couchsurfing, that is, in a non-profit manner, trying to keep prices as accessible to everyone as possible, that also includes a visit to a famous SPA in the city center for an exclusive price!

There will also be an "International Night" at EPYC, with live music to share food & drinks from our countries in buffet style.

The NYE party will take place at Tina Pica in the heart of the city,

Our community podcast is back!

Join us in a special episode of Palermo International where we meet Lawrence, a young man from Italy and England. Lawrence loves to travel and has many exciting stories to share. He has walked long paths like the Camino de Santiago and has visited places in the UK and Australia.
Now, Lawrence is studying how changes in the weather and environment affect our daily lives. He also researches minority languages.

In this episode, we discuss the Italian and Sicilian languages and explore a special dialect called Arbresh. This dialect is a mix of Albanian and is only spoken in two small villages near Palermo, known for their tasty cannoli sweets.
We met Lawrence through Couchsurfing, a topic we talked about in earlier episodes. Together, we chat about his travels, different languages, changes in the weather, and "Ikigai" - a Japanese idea about finding your life’s purpose.
